How to Submit Entry
Only online submissions are accepted via http://www.tceb.or.th/tcea. Details as follow:
1. Create an account (Registration). Each account may submit multiple entries.
2. Fill out your application. A separate application is required for each entry.
3. Upload your Event Profile. Please use the template provided (Your event profile must not exceed 800 words, either in Thai or English)
Submit the event profile (downloadable template) detailing its key achievements, stressing the creative input, which need to include:
3.1 Purpose of the Event
Begin with an introduction and background to the event as essential information for the judges. Examples may include, but are not restricted to,
• A brief from client
• An event history
3.2 Objectives of the Event
What did you/your client expect out of this event? This could cover expectations in terms of revenue, attendance figures, creation of awareness, increased knowledge, introduction of a product or service, etc.
3.3 How did you Deliver your Event?
Describe the planning process for this event.
• Who was involved? (Client, suppliers, supporters)
• How did you apply local content?
• Show the involvement of CSR or environmental concerns
• How many staff were involved and how did you manage them?
• Apart from human and financial resources, what other resources did you rely on? (Technology, special equipment, contractors, consultants)
3.4 Creativity
Explain your creative strategy. How did your planning and delivery of the event make it stand out from others?
Demonstrate your use of creativity, originality and innovation in managing your event.
3.5 Financial Performance
Provide the total cost of the event, breaking it down into essential areas. You may upload a separate file in .xls
• Did your overall finance meet budgetary expectation?
• Financial amount is not required in the breakdown. Instead provide percentages to show how you allocated the budget.
3.6 Results
Outline measurable results. Suggestions could be:
• Did the event meet the client’s objectives? How?
• In what way was the event successful?
• Provide some measures of success - delegate numbers, delegate satisfaction, financial profit, media coverage
• Provide at least one testimonial or proof of satisfaction from the client
4. Upload your event presentation - Applicants must attach a 5-minute VDO presentation of the event, either a VDO clip (.wmv, .3gp, .swf) or self-run power point files (.ppt). Follow these steps for online submission.
5. System will automatically generate your submission ID for each entry. Please keep your ID for future reference.
