1) Site inspection package
In order to help potential organizers familiarize themselves with the facilities and services that Thailand offer to stage a successful exhibition, TCEB has developed a familiarization program called ‘Site inspection package’, which applies only to new international organizers that do not have branch offices in Thailand. TCEB requires a minimum of 2 working weeks to develop this program. The organizer is requested to fill up the ‘Site Inspection form’ and submit it to TCEB for consideration. The package can cover a development of schedule and can include up to:
• A maximum of 2 economic class air tickets
• A maximum of 2 rooms for 3 nights for decision makers
• Arrange visits to related government agencies and key trade associations
• Host dinner where appropriate
• Host lunch at site
• Host ground transportation throughout the site inspection trip
• Professional interpreter
• Leisure activities
2) Networking
TCEB will provide and setup links to relating key leaders in the various industries; government bodies, associations, private sectors, etc
3) Supportive Information

TCEB will grant both the non-financial support and financial subsidies on a first-come-first-serve basis, and reserves the right to cease all kinds of support according to budget limitation and other constrains in a fiscal year, and shall notify organizers in advance of such issues accordingly
