To offer seamless service to international and local associations, corporations or agencies involved in the organization of exhibitions, the Exhibition Department acts as a promotion centre with orchestrating efforts being undertaken by various parties.
The Department also serves as a one-stop information centre, offering information, advice, counseling services and recommendations on the promotion of international exhibitions in Thailand.
As the national flagship representing Thailand in official bids, the Exhibition Department works in partnership with local associations and host organizations in securing major international exhibitions for Thailand.
Comprehensive support in the bidding process includes:
- Spearheading the preparation of bidding proposals.
- Facilitating and orchestrating site inspections, government involvement and other related activities.
- Promoting delegate and visitor attendance.
